Hello, and welcome to Recovered Soul Therapy. My name is Kamille Lucas, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington, where I specialized in Children and Families. Over the years, I have worked closely with immigrant youth and families in both school settings and community programs. These experiences have shaped not only my professional skills, but also my deep respect for the resilience and strength within each person I meet.
As a therapist, I provide individual therapy for adults, with a focus on supporting BIPOC communities. Sessions are provided in English, and I am conversationally proficient in Spanish. I welcome bilingual clients who may wish to incorporate Spanish expressions or dialogue as feels natural within the therapeutic process. My approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering—I believe that each of us has strengths within, sometimes buried by life’s challenges, that can be uncovered and used to move toward healing and growth.
In addition to therapy, I am trained in immigration psychological evaluations, offering clear, professional, and culturally sensitive reports that assist attorneys and their clients in immigration cases. My work reflects a balance of compassion and professionalism—ensuring that clients feel seen and supported, while attorneys receive the documentation they need.
Outside of my practice, I am an avid traveler with a global mindset and a love for exploring and learning from different cultures. This perspective enriches the way I connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and helps me create a space of openness, curiosity, and respect.
I am honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, pursue their goals, and recover the parts of themselves that lead to a more fulfilled and empowered life.
